We were commissioned to undertake the complete refurbishment of an architect-designed 3-bedroom terrace house on Fellbrigg Road, Dulwich. The project included a rear and side extension, as well as a loft conversion, aimed at maximising the property’s space and creating a modern, functional home.
Throughout the project, our team worked closely with the client and architect to ensure the design elements were seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. The challenges included ensuring the extensions and loft conversion met local planning regulations and maintained the house’s aesthetic appeal. We also made improvements to the home’s insulation, plumbing, and electrical systems to enhance energy efficiency and comfort.
Upon completion, the property was transformed into a spacious, contemporary home that perfectly blended the modern extensions with the character of the original terrace.
